At our very early layover in Charlotte. As I was awaiting the stroller, a very nice African gentleman noticed I was traveling with a top hat and commented, "You are an artist!"
"Well..."
"That is a show hat! What do you do? Magic?"
"Kind of... magic, music..."
"God bless you! I love nice people who make other people smile!"
That is precisely what I try to do, sir... the Jazz Fest mojo has begun.
